Mountain Home Baptist Church is a fellowship of Christians committed to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with others and helping them grow as disciples. Established in 1984, we continue to proclaim that Christ is Lord and to look for ways to make Him known in our community and throughout the world. At MHBC we believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and that missions and evangelism are our heart beat.As a Southern Baptist church we believe and follow the doctrines stated in The Baptist Faith and Message.

Dr. Tommy Cunningham has pastored churches in Arkansas since 1967. He holds degrees from Ouachita Baptist University, Mid America Baptist Seminary and Luther Rice Seminary. He has taught seminary extension classes for the Southern Baptist Convention and also taught courses at Mid America Baptist Seminary. He has done additional post graduate studies at OBU, UCA, and MABTS. Tommy was married to the late Susan (Ritter) [45 years] has two children, Tom and Rebecca, and 5 grandchildren. Along with being a published author, he has served in various positions within the SBC and the ABSC. He is recognized as a Bible teaching pastor. He teaches Bible conferences focused on Revelation and Daniel.
